  • Mix together 40g of oats with 120ml of almond milk and 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
  • Stir in 1 handful of mixed berries and 1 tbsp of chopped almonds.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Enjoy the next morning for a delicious and healthy breakfast.
  1. Veggie-packed Frittata
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
  • In a large oven-safe skillet, sauté 1 diced onion, 1 sliced zucchini, and 1 diced red pepper until soft.

  • Add in the chicken strips and 1 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley.
  • Dress with a squeeze of lemon juice and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

  • In a large pot, sauté 1 diced onion and 2 minced garlic cloves until soft.
  • Add in 1 can of diced tomatoes, 500ml of vegetable stock, and a handful of chopped fresh basil.

  • Cook 80g of whole wheat pasta according to package instructions.
  • In a large skillet, sauté 1 diced onion and 2 minced garlic cloves until soft.
  • Add in 200g of sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
  • Add in 2 diced chicken breasts and cook until browned.
  • Stir in 2 tbsp of low-fat cream cheese and 50ml of chicken stock to create a creamy sauce.
  • Toss in the cooked pasta and serve.

If you want to make a healthy dessert that tastes good and is easy to make, here are some tips:

  • Use the right ingredients . You can’t just throw in any old thing that looks pretty—you need something that will complement your recipe without overpowering it . For example, if you’re making lemon meringue pie with coconut whipped cream and rhubarb jam, be sure both of these items work well together by looking at their color and texture . If they don’t seem like they’d go well together (like chocolate cake with orange frosting), then think about what kind of flavor profile would best suit this particular dish!
  • Keep things simple ! The simpler the ingredients list, the better off you’ll be during prep time because there’s less cleanup involved afterward .
